Cancellation Summary and Illustration

 - Customers booking a service need to pay a deposit online at the time of booking. The online deposit will be at least 10% of the service price and will vary depending on the stylist/salon selected.
 - The deposit amount up to 10% of the service price is non-refundable.
 - The portion of the deposit amount above 10% of the service price (if applicable) will only be refundable if the customer cancels the booking more than 48 hours before the time of the service appointment. If the customer cancels within 48 hours of the service appointment or does not attend the appointment, then no refund will be provided.
 - At the end of the service appointment, the customer must pay the remainder of the service price directly to the stylist (or salon). The stylist can request payment in cash, card or bank transfer.
 - In exceptional circumstances only, when the stylist or salon has to cancel a booking and cannot reschedule the appointment, a full refund may be provided.

 - We have provided the following examples for the case of a booking for a service (e.g. Box Braids – Thick – Shoulder) with a service price of £100 to illustrate how this works in three scenarios:
    - If the deposit is 10%
    - If the deposit is 30%
    - If the deposit is any other amount, X% (where X% is more than 10%)

Booking a service (Box Braids > Thick > Shoulder, Service Total = £100)

Deposit = 10%

Booking a service (Box Braids Thick Shoulder, Service Total = £100)

Deposit = 30%

Footnotes:

 (1) A Successful Booking is a booking in which there are no cancellations or no-shows (Customer or Service Partner is absent) and the scheduled appointment takes place
 (2) An Early Cancellation means a cancellation by a Customer of their NinjA’fro Booking more than, or equal to, 48 hours prior to the time of the relevant appointment
 (3) A Late Cancellation means a cancellation by a Customer of their NinjA’fro Booking less than 48 hours prior to the time of the relevant appointment
 (4) Deposit Paid = Deposit % x Service Price
 (5) If a Service Partner fails to attend the relevant appointment, NinjA’fro will treat the NinjA’fro Booking as cancelled by the Service Partner and will refund the Customer the full deposit paid by the Customer at the time of booking
 (6) Remaining Amount means the amount payable by a Customer to the Service Partner at the time of the relevant appointment and calculated as the total value of the Service Partner Service(s) ordered in the NinjA’fro Booking less the Total Deposit paid at the time the booking was made
